The paint is still wet on this piece and it still needs varnish, but I wanted to let everyone know what’s coming next. Spring will be here in a couple of months—and hopefully a vaccine will come with it—and I wanted to create a bunch of upbeat Great Lakes florals for everyone to enjoy. While I was painting, style or technique was not on my mind. My goal was to create a work that would make people feel happy:)
